Returns/Refunds

We do not apply current promotions to past orders. 

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel- we will do our very best to cancel the order before it ships out. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that an order will be canceled without enough given time.


If you purchased an item and are unhappy with it in any way, please contact us ASAP.

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be issued when the returned item is received and inspected on our end. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to happen.

Return shipping will be covered by the purchaser unless the item is in need of replacement. If the item is returned because of no fault of our own - IE; the wrong size bought, wrong quantity purchased - the product is subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of the receiving department. If you were eligible for free shipping at the time of the order you will also have to cover the original shipping cost (as we cannot lose money for returns for circumstances that are no fault of our own).
