Fractal Designs covers 50% of most shipping costs behind the scenes of our website. This is to keep our rates competitive on our large items. Courier selection is at the discretion of the shipping team. We do our best to accommodate any and all selections, but sometimes this is not possible. 

Shipping exclusions on free shipping orders are at the discretion of Fractal Designs Inc. These exclusions are based on a certain % of order value. IE: If you place a $300 order- and it costs $150 to ship it- the order will not qualify. We Do our best to eat the highest percentage possible, but as a small business, there is a limit.
