Durable, washable, and multisurface abrasive sponges!
The EVO™ CUT flexible abrasive sponge is a new, cutting-edge concept in sanding sponges with raised 3D grains. The dimpled grit positioning prevents clogging and allows easier dust removal. In addition to being able to use it on many types of surfaces such as wood and paint, this abrasive sponge is ideal for preparing surfaces before applying a finish or for achieving antique-worn effects on furniture. Since it is ultra-flexible, the EVO™ CUT sponge allows it to better mold to the contours and reach difficult areas quickly. Being 2X more durable than conventional abrasive sponges, this one is reversible (double-sided) and can be reused multiple times without worry. Its waterproofing and durability allow for wet sanding and the ability to clean it with water. The EVO™ CUT sponge can be bent without creating cracks or tears, making it one of the longest-lasting abrasive sponges on the market. By using this abrasive, you ensure a professional level sanding without scratching the surface so you get a perfect, flawless finish.

The EVO™ CUT flexible abrasive sponge is intended for, but not limited to, surface preparation prior to finishing, de-polishing and correction.
It can be used on wood, paints, varnishes, epoxies, polyaspartics, metals, and rust.

Do you offer custom sizes or custom designs?
Yes. Custom work is a large part of what we do. Many of our products can be made or modified to suit specific dimensions, materials, finishes, or design requirements. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for online, reach out to us to discuss your project. We do not offer custom metal leg sizing at this time.
Where are your products made?
Fractal Designs is based in Belmont, Ontario, where we manufacture our custom furniture and many of our solid wood products. We also work with trusted manufacturing partners for select products and components. We focus on offering high-quality products that meet our standards regardless of where they are produced.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available from our Belmont, Ontario location. This can be a great option for larger or heavier orders, especially for customers located in London, St. Thomas, Woodstock, and the surrounding areas. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
