Who carries it

We pick the best courier for what you've ordered – usually FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar or Dicom. That call sits with our shipping team, and we'll honor a courier request where we can, though it isn't always possible.

Why some orders cost more to ship

Behind the scenes, we absorb about half of most shipping costs to keep our rates competitive on large items like table tops and legs. Free shipping still has a limit, though; if the cost to ship an order runs too high against what the order is worth, say $150 to ship a $300 order, it won't qualify. We eat as much of that gap as a small business can.

How long will it take to receive my order, and where do you ship?

Lead times vary depending on the product. In-stock items are typically prepared and shipped quickly, while custom and made-to-order products require additional production time. We ship across Canada and the United States; shipping options and costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Do you offer custom sizes or custom designs?

Yes. Custom work is a large part of what we do. Many of our products can be made or modified to suit specific dimensions, materials, finishes, or design requirements. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for online, reach out to us to discuss your project. We do not offer custom metal leg sizing at this time.

Where are your products made?

Fractal Designs is based in Belmont, Ontario, where we manufacture our custom furniture and many of our solid wood products. We also work with trusted manufacturing partners for select products and components. We focus on offering high-quality products that meet our standards regardless of where they are produced.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Belmont, Ontario location. This can be a great option for larger or heavier orders, especially for customers located in London, St. Thomas, Woodstock, and the surrounding areas. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you sell to both homeowners and businesses?

Yes. We work with homeowners, DIYers, woodworkers, contractors, designers, builders, and businesses. Whether you're purchasing a single set of table legs, sourcing products for multiple projects, or looking for a custom dining or boardroom table, we're happy to help.
