Why extract dust from limited holes, when you can extract it from the whole sheet? The mesh design of sanding discs allows dust to be sucked away from the workpiece wherever it may appear. Reducing pigtails and improving overall sanding quality.
This paper will work on all hook and loop sanders. Remember, even if your sander only has 8 holes to extract dust, it will still benefit from the mesh system. Since the dust particles are so fine, they can flow through the hook and loop connection and into the extraction hole. The only difference is its now being sucked out, rather then stuck between your paper and workpiece!
